同质健康教育模式干预对膀胱癌患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后心理社会适应性及生存质量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨同质健康教育模式对膀胱癌患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后心理及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年8月衡阳市中医医院收治的72例行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各36例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施同质健康教育模式干预。比较两组患者心理社会适应性、自我护理能力、生存质量[膀胱癌生存质量测定特异模块量表(QLQ-BIM30)]评分。结果:干预后,两组患者疾病心理社会适应量表中各维度评分均显著低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.856、13.894、7.614、7.453、6.746、5.563,P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者自我护理能力量表中各维度评分均显著高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.199、7.988、7.167、6.295,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组QLQ-BIM30量表中泌尿症状、腹胀、尿路造口问题3个维度评分均显著低于对照组,未来看法、体形、性功能3个维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.400、14.622、2.811、4.302、4.602、4.332,P<0.05)。结论:同质健康教育模式可提高膀胱癌患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后的自我护理能力,增强患者的心理社会适应性,有效改善患者的生存质量。 Objective:To investigate the effect of homogenous health education mode on psychological and life quality of patients with bladder cancer after transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Methods:72 patients with bladder cancer admitted to the hospital for transurethral bladder tumor electrosurgery from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected for the study,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care and the study group implemented a homogeneous health education model intervention on the basis of conventional care.The psychosocial adaptability,self-care ability,and quality-of-survival(QLQ-BIM30) scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of each dimension in the Psychosocial Adaptation to Illness Scale were significantly lower in both groups than before the intervention and lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=4.856,13.894,7.614,7.453,6.746,5.563,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the self-care ability scale were significantly higher in both groups than before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.199,7.988,7.167,6.295,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of three dimensions of urinary symptoms,bloating,and urostomy problems in the QLQ-BIM30 scale were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,and the scores of three dimensions of future views,body image,and sexual function were significantly higher than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.400,14.622,2.811,4.302,4.602,4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion:Homogeneous health education model can improve the self-care ability of bladder cancer patients after transurethral bladder tumor electrosurgery,enhance patients’ psychosocial adaptation,and effectively improve their survival quality.
