摘要
当前银行业数字化转型已经成为行业共识,本文结合瑞丰农商银行实践,对联合银行模式下农商行的数字化转型开展了研究。本文认为联合银行模式符合浙江农信的实际,基于联合银行模式下统分结合的架构图,从保障支撑、中台支撑、渠道和生态圈等层面对农商行数字化转型进行探索,最后给出了农商行数字化转型的政策建议。
At present, the digital transformation of the banking industry has become an industry consensus. This paper combines the practical experience of RuiFeng Rural Commercial Bank, and has conducted research based on the digital transformation of rural commercial banks in the United Banking model. This paper believes that the United Banking model is in line with the reality of Zhejiang rural credit cooperative union, and sets up a framework diagram based on the combination of unification and decentralization under the United Banking model. This paper explores the digital transformation from the aspects of security support, middle platform support, channel and ecosystem security support.Finally, this paper gives the policy recommendations for the digital transformation.
