摘要
本文主要介绍了LT6800陶瓷板压机的结构及技术特点。该设备是恒力泰公司针对需求旺盛的陶瓷板市场推出的产品,非常适合压制750mm×1500mm、800mm×1600mm等陶瓷板。其应用了多项专利技术,具有机架刚性好、砖坯成型质量好、自动化程度高、智能化、使用成本低等优点,是成熟又稳定的产品。本文对这款压机的技术特点进行详细分析,为其他陶瓷板压机的设计提供参考。
This paper mainly introduces the structure and technical characteristics of LT6800 ceramic slab press. This equipment is a product launched by Henglitai company for the ceramic slab market with strong demand, which is very suitable for pressing 750mm × 1500mm、800mm× 1600mm, etc. It is a mature and stable product with many patented technologies, such as good frame rigidity, good brick forming quality, high automation, intelligence and low cost. In this paper, the technical characteristics of this press are analyzed in detail, which provides a reference for the design of other ceramic slab presses.
