摘要
探讨了专项护理干预在胸腰椎段骨折患者下肢慢性疼痛的影响以及临床价值。将大城县医院于2020年1月—2021年1月收治的60例脊柱骨折(胸-腰段)患者作为研究对象,以患者护理方案差异性为分组依据,将其分为等数两组,并记作常态化护理组(应用标准化护理)与疼痛护理组(在前组的基础上介入基于聚焦解决模式的疼痛专项护理),观察患者生存质量、患者疼痛、睡眠以及情感障碍评分改善水准。结果显示:疼痛护理组患者的生存质量评分更高,(P<0.05);疼痛视觉模拟评分、睡眠质量指数、心里学抑郁自测量表与心里学焦虑自测量表评分均呈现更低表达。由此可知,基于聚焦解决模式的疼痛专项护理有助于缓解胸腰椎段骨折患者的下肢慢性疼痛,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。
This paper analyzed the influence and clinical value of special nursing intervention on chronic pain of lower limbs in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.The 60 patients with spinal fracture(thoracolumbar segment)admitted in Dacheng County Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were taken as the research object.Based on the difference of patient care plans,they were divided into two equal groups,and recorded as the normal nursing group(applying standardized nursing)and pain nursing group(engaging in special pain care based on focused solution mode on the basis of the previous group).The quality of life,pain Level of improvement in sleep and affective disorder scores.The quality of life score of patients in pain nursing group was higher(P<0.05);The scores of pain visual simulation,sleep quality index,self-rating scale of psychological depression and self-rating scale of psychological anxiety showed lower expression.It can be seen from this that the special nursing of basic pain is helpful for the patients with thoracolumbar fracture who suffer from chronic pain of lower limbs and improve their quality of life,which is worth promoting.
