摘要
为研究肝癌TACE(肝动脉化疗栓塞术Transarterial chemoembolization)介入术后对患者生活质量的影响及其影响的相关因素,选取2020年5月—2021年9月期间西南医科大学附属医院进行肝癌TACE介入治疗的25例患者作为研究对象,采用肝癌患者生活质量测定量表(QOL-LC)对患者术后生活质量及影响因素进行评估。在对25位患者进行调查后发现,在躯体功能、心理功能、症状/副作用和社会功能4个方面的生活质量指数分别为:0.583、0.511、0.635、0.562。患者在进行TACE介入术后生活质量表现较差,有待提高。
In order to study the influence of TACE(transarterial chemoembolization)on the quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its related factors,25 patients who underwent TACE in our hospital from May 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The QOL-LC was used to evaluate the quality of life and its influencing factors.After investigating 25 patients,it was found that the quality of life indexes in physical function,psychological function,symptoms/side effects and social function were 0.583,0.511,0.635 and 0.562 respectively.The quality of life of patients after TACE intervention is poor and needs to be improved.
