摘要 十二指肠乳头旁憩室内Dieulafoy病变合并出血因病灶隐匿、临床表现不典型、缺乏特异性症状,内镜下较难发现。本文报道1例十二指肠乳头旁憩室内Dieulafoy病变合并出血病例的内镜下诊治过程。
