摘要
为明确淮北麻鸡与不同地方鸡之间系统进化关系,文章通过PCR扩增获取淮北麻鸡线粒体基因组全序列,并进行测序、拼接、注释和基因组特征分析。结果显示:淮北麻鸡线粒体基因组序列全长16786 bp,其中有22个tRNA基因,13个蛋白编码基因,2个rRNA基因,1个线粒体控制区。A含量为30.3%、T为23.7%、G为13.5%、C为32.5%、A+T为54%。该研究丰富了地方鸡的线粒体基因库,为淮北麻鸡的起源与进化提供参考依据。
In order to investigate the phylogenetic relationshipwithin the different local chicken,the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Huaibei Partridge chicken was determined.The results showed that the to⁃tal length of the mitochondrial genome of Huaibei Partridge chicken was 16786 bp,including 22 tRNA genes,13 protein coding genes,two rRNA genes,and one control region.The contents of A,T,G,C and A+T were 30.3%,23.7%,13.5%,32.5%and 54%,respectively.This study enriched the mitochondrial gene data⁃base of local chickens,provided theoretical guidance for species conservation of Huaibei Partridge chicken,and provided reference for the origin and evolution of Huaibei Partridge chicken.
