摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中后痉挛型足下垂患者应用功能性电刺激联合电针治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月—2021年6月在广东燕岭医院就诊的90例脑卒中后痉挛型足下垂患者。依据干预方式的不同将其分为对照组(46例)和观察组(44例)。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上给予功能性电刺激配合电针治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、综合痉挛量表(CSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer评估量表评分、踝关节背屈活动度及Barthel指数评定量表评分情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、踝关节背屈活动度、Barthel评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能性电刺激联合电针对脑卒中后痉挛型足下垂的治疗效果显著,提高踝关节的稳定性,且能够明显改善患者的日常生活能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with electric acupuncture on patients with spastic foot drop after stroke. Method: Retrospective analysis was made on 90 patients with spastic foot drop after stroke who visited Guangdong Yanling Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021. According to the different intervention methods, they were divided into control group(46 cases) and observation group(44 cases). The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given functional electrical stimulation combined with electric acupuncture on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. The therapeutic effect, the score of comprehensive spasm scale(CSS), the score of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale, the ankle dorsiflexion range of motion and the score of Barthel index assessment scale were compared between the two groups. Result: The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the CSS score, Fugl-Meyer score, ankle dorsiflexion range of motion and Barthel score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Functional electrical stimulation combined with electric acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of spastic foot drop after stroke, improves the stability of the ankle joint, and can significantly improve the daily living ability of patients.
