摘要
目的通过对临床交接班管理工作的信息化建设,可提高临床交接班工作完成质量。方法基于电子病历系统,在电脑端开发易于临床医生操作的电子交接班管理系统,在手机移动端开发实时查看临床交接班工作落实的台账管理系统。结果质控管理人员通过电脑端与手机移动端,可分别对交接班记录进行内涵质控与形式质控,临床电子交接班的内容合格率由71.8%提高到96.2%,应交尽交完成率由85.9%提高到100.0%。结论借助电脑端与手机移动端的信息系统,进一步加强了对临床交接班的闭环管理能力,确保了临床交接班工作制度有效落实。
Objective To improve the work quality of clinical shift handover through the information construction of clinical shift handover.Methods Based on electronic medical record system,we developed electronic shift handover management system for the clinician to operate conveniently on the computer;meanwhile based on the mobile terminal,we developed ledger management system that can be used to constantly check the implementation of clinical shift handover on the mobile phone.Results Commissioner of quality control could conducted content review and formality examination for clinical shift handover information through the computer and the mobile terminal.The content qualification rate of clinical shift handover had increased from 71.8%to 96.2%,and the completion rate of due submission had increased from 85.9%to 100.0%.Conclusion With the help of the information system of the computer and the mobile terminal,the closed-loop management ability of the clinical shift handover was further strengthened,and the effective implementation of the clinical shift system was ensured.
