3D打印耗材中丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丁二烯的风险分析

摘要 对网络平台销售的ABS材质的3D打印耗材中的丙烯腈、苯乙烯、1,3-丁二烯进行检测。结果发现15批次ABS材质耗材中,40%样本检出苯乙烯、丙烯腈;2%样本检出1,3-丁二烯;并且对检出结果最高值的苯乙烯项目进行风险评估;假设不同年龄段的人群、每天在房间里使用3D打印笔3h,消耗100 g耗材时的情况下,苯乙烯的吸入暴露途径的暴露量所对应的危害商值均小于1,说明在假设的这种情况下使用时,苯乙烯对人体的危害程度比较小。由于ABS材质的苯乙烯、丙烯腈、1,3-丁二烯均有同时检出的可能,因此,建议在使用时,注意使用的时间以及场地,建议在比较空旷的地方,短时间使用,一次的使用量不要太多。 Acrylonitrile, styrene and 1,3-butadiene in ABS 3D printing consumables sold on the network platform were detected. The results showed that styrene and acrylonitrile were detected in 40% of 15 batches of ABS material consumables. 1,3-Butadiene was detected in 2% of the samples. And the styrene project with the highest detection result was evaluated for risk. It was assumed that when people of different ages used 3D printing pens for 3 h in the room every day and consumed 100 g of consumables, the hazard quotients corresponding to the exposure amount of styrene through inhalation exposure were all less than 1, indicating that the harm degree of styrene to human body was relatively small when using in this hypothetical situation. Because ABS material styrene, acrylonitrile,1,3-butadiene can be detected at the same time, therefore, it is recommended to pay attention to the use of time and site, it is recommended to use in a relatively empty place, a short time, not too much at a time.
