摘要
土壤是人类赖以生存的基础,由于化石燃料燃烧、汽车尾气排放等人类行为,多环芳烃产生量日益增加,多环芳烃的疏水性使其容易与土壤中的有机物相互作用从而吸附在土壤中。多环芳烃具有毒性和致癌性,对人体健康构成极大威胁,因此对多环芳烃的定量检测尤为重要。光谱法因快速、便捷、对样品无损或微损的特点被广泛应用于各个领域,化学计量学方法在数据处理和信息提取中起重要作用,将二者结合可以有效应用于土壤中多环芳烃的定性定量研究。本文综述了3种光谱技术在土壤中多环芳烃检测方面的研究工作,总结了光谱技术结合化学计量学方法的现实分析与应用,最后对光谱法发展方向和趋势作出展望。
Soil is the basis of human survival, due to fossil fuel combustion, automobile exhaust emissions and other human behavior, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons production is increasing, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons hydrophobicity makes it easy to interact with soil organic matter to adsorb in the soil,because of its toxicity and carcinogenicity, posing a great threat to human health, so the quantitative detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is particularly important. Spectrometry is widely used in various fields because of its fast, convenient, non-destructive or micro-destructive characteristics of samples, and chemometric methods play an important role in data processing and information extraction, and the combination of the two can be effectively applied to the qualitative and quantitative study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil. In this paper, the research work of three spectrometric techniques in the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil is reviewed, the realistic analysis and application of spectrometric technology combined with chemometric methods are summarized, and finally the development direction and trend of spectrometry are prospected.
