中国特色对外话语体系建设视域下的译者思政意识实践路径初探 被引量:7

A Probe into the Practice Path of Translators’ Ideological and Political Consciousness from the Perspective of the Construction of a Discourse System with Chinese Characteristics for International Audiences

摘要 随着我国综合国力和国际地位的不断提升,中国特色对外话语体系正处于发展机遇期,但也面临一系列严峻挑战和巨大压力。为切实提升中国话语表达的准确性和国际影响力,本文构建了“中国特色对外话语体系建设”模型,并强调译者应在思政意识的指导下,坚持“受众中心论”,攻克语言语境关,力求打破文化壁垒和语言壁垒,强化国际传播思维,提升话语策略艺术,进而实现有效的话语传播。同时,着眼于关系到话语体系长远发展的人才培养问题,从课程设计、内容选择和学习形式等方面入手,加强高校思政意识引导,实现思政教育、专业学习与能力培养的同步推进和高效配合。 As a rising power in the world, China is eager to develop a discourse system with Chinese characteristics for international audiences, which is an extremely challenging task. This study presents a model to make the discourse system more accurate and internationally influential, and emphasizes the role of translators in its construction. Translators are advised to be politically knowledgeable and better prepared for international communication. They should also improve their language skills, adopt a target-oriented approach to translation, strive to overcome cultural barriers, and devise better discourse strategies. Moreover, this study proposes suggestions for equipping aspiring translators with political knowledge and awareness in higher education institutions in terms of the curriculum design, the content selection, and training plans, which will assist in the e ffi cient achievement of three interrelated goals, namely ideological and political education, translation skills, and capacity building.
