新中国民族教育的历史变迁、当前问题及未来展望 被引量:3

摘要 中华人民共和国成立以来,民族教育砥砺前行,确立了具有时代特征的民族教育价值体系,构建了行之有效的民族教育政策体系,形成了完备的中国特色民族教育理论体系和实践体系。当前,我国民族教育发展面临困境:教育公平问题突出,教育资源分布不均;民族教育服务经济发展和反贫困的内生力不足;民族文化传承教育弱化,铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育受限;民族地区教育信息化水平仍旧不高。未来民族教育的发展应毫不动摇地坚持党对民族教育工作的领导,加大对民族地区教育的投入,注重民族地区教育的民生价值实现,创新民族文化传承教育机制,打造民族地区“互联网+”和“元宇宙”教育发展的生态圈,加强对外交流与合作。 Since the founding of People’s Republic of China, ethnic education has made great progress, established a value system compatible with time, constructed effective policy system, and formed complete theoretical and practical system with Chinese characteristics. At present, ethnic education in China faces an array of difficulties, such as educational inequity and uneven distribution of educational resources, weak internal motivation of economic development and anti-poverty endeavor, insufficient heritage education and limited education of consciousness of community for the Chinese nation, and low level of informatization in ethnic areas. In the future, ethnic education should unswervingly adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, increase investment in ethnic area education, pay attention to the livelihood value of ethnic area education, innovate heritage education mechanism, build the ecological circle of Internet+ and Metaverse in ethnic areas, and deepen international cooperation and exchange.
