摘要
中国式体育现代化既是中国式现代化的内在要求,也是体育强国建设的必由之路。为加快推进中国式现代化,以“国家—政府—社会—市场—人民”为分析框架,运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,对中国式体育现代化的逻辑遵循、实践理性与推进路向进行分析。研究认为:中国式体育现代化应遵循“体育强国梦”的目标逻辑、“中国特色体育道路”的发展逻辑、“和谐与共生”的形成逻辑、“高质量发展”的内在逻辑、“以人民为中心”的价值逻辑。中国式体育现代化的实践理性为国家顶层设计提供政策支撑、政府主导实施提供中观引领、社会基层落实提供实践保障、市场利益驱动提供内生动能、人民广泛参与提供深厚根基。提出:以国家顶层设计为指引,以政府中观引领为支撑,以社会微观支持为关键,以市场利益驱动为动力,以人民广泛参与为根基,为中国式体育现代化提供行动指南、政策保障、坚实基础、多元供给、良好条件的推进路向。
The modernization of Chinese sports is the internal requirement of Chinese modernization,but also the only way to build a sports power.In order to accelerate the modernization of China,the paper uses the“state-government-society-market-people”as the analytical framework,and analyzes the logic following,practical cognition and advancement direction of Chinese style sports modernization by using the literature review and logical analysis methods.The Chinese style sports modernization should follow the goal logic of“sports power dream”,the development logic of sports road with Chinese characteristics,the formation logic of“harmony and symbiosis”,the internal logic of“high-quality development”,and the value logic of“people are centered”.According to the research,The practical rationality of Chinese sports modernization include the national top-level design provides the policy support,the government-led implementation provides the middle view guidance,the social grass-roots implementation provides the practical guarantee,the market interest drive provides the internal momentum,and the people’s extensive participation provides the deep foundation.It is proposed to advance direction guided by the national top-level design,supported by the government mediocrity guidance,supported by the micro society support,driven by the market interests,based on the extensive people participation,and provided action guide,policy guarantees,solid foundation,effective supply and good conditions for Chinese style sports modernization.
