摘要
直流测量装置应进行现场误差校验,直流电压测量装置现场误差校准的最高试验电压应达到100%额定电压。但目前高压直流测量装置现场误差校验时,使用的直流测量装置的校验设备体积大、重量重,同时分散的校验设备的校验准确度还易受现场环境工况影响。因此,亟需开展直流测量装置标源一体化校验技术研究。该文为解决高电压等级标准分压器校验时的高电压绝缘及安全防护问题,从而实现高压直流标准分压器现场校验设备车载一体化平台自动化展开并试验,研制标准分压器液压支撑平台,其无须借助外部吊具,提高分压器误差检测试验的效率、水平和质量,有效缩短试验时间。
The DC measuring device should be subject to on-site error calibration,and the maximum test voltage of the onsite error calibration of the DC voltage measuring device should reach 100%of the rated voltage.However,in the field error calibration of the current HVDC measurement device,the calibration equipment of the DC measurement device used is large in size and heavy in weight,and the calibration accuracy of the scattered calibration equipment is also easily affected by the on-site environmental conditions.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the research on the integrated calibration technology of standard and source of DC measuring devices.In this paper,in order to solve the problem of high voltage insulation and safety protection in the calibration of high voltage standard voltage divider,so as to realize the automatic development and test of the vehicle integrated platform for the field calibration equipment of high voltage DC standard voltage divider,a hydraulic support platform for standard voltage divider is developed,which does not need the help of external spreaders,which will improve the efficiency,level and quality of voltage divider error detection test and effectively shorten the test time.
