摘要
近年来,服务经济已成为我国经济发展的重要领域,新冠疫情的爆发使我国整体经济发展受到巨大冲击,其中南京市鼓楼区服务经济的发展亦面临难题。现阶段我国经济发展逐渐复苏,但服务经济仍面临新的挑战。本文从鼓楼区服务经济发展现状出发,分析数字经济时代面临的机遇与挑战,并提出优化财税政策体系、加强区域协作力度、加快数字化转型升级等建议,以期推动服务经济有序发展。
In recent years,the service economy has become an important field of China’s economic development,but the outbreak of COVID-19 has had a great impact on China’s overall economic development,and the development of the service economy in Gulou District of Nanjing City is also facing difficulties.At the present stage,the economic development in China has gradually recovered,but the service economy is still facing new challenges.Starting from the current situation of the development of the service economy in Gulou District,and by analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the era of the digital economy,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as optimizing fiscal and taxation policy systems,strengthening regional cooperation,speeding up the digital transformation and upgrading,to promote the orderly development of service economy.
