摘要
由于循环流化床(CFB)锅炉耐磨耐火材料选型尚缺乏完整的技术依据,部分CFB锅炉运行过程中出现耐磨耐火材料碎裂、脱落而造成炉内流化不良甚至结焦、回料系统堵塞、受热面磨损爆管等故障,直接影响了CFB机组的可靠性。为此,在国家能源领域行业标准制(修)订计划的安排下,研究了CFB锅炉耐磨耐火材料的选型方法,在总结国内CFB锅炉耐磨耐火材料选型工程经验的基础上,制定了《循环流化床锅炉耐磨耐火材料选型导则》(DL/T 2498-2022)。CFB锅炉耐磨耐火材料按照材料特性分为4大类,根据煤质特性及其变化范围、磨损指数、锅炉部位及磨损程度对耐磨耐火材料的要求,明确了耐磨耐火材料的选型原则与方法,该项电力行业技术标准将会对CFB锅炉耐磨耐火材料的设计选择、工程建设及运行维护起到重要指导作用。
Due to the lack of complete technical basis on the selection of abrasion-resistant refractory for CFB boiler,some of the abrasion-resistant refractory have broken and fallen off during the operation of CFB boilers,resulting in poor fluidization or even agglomeration in the furnace,blockage of the circulating loop,wear and explosion of the heating surface,and other faults,which directly affect the reliability of CFB units.Therefore,under the arrangement of the national energy industry standard formulating(revising)plan,selection method of abrasion-resistant refractory is studied for CFB boiler.Based on summarizing selection experience of abrasionresistant refractory for CFB boiler in China,the Guideline on Selection of Abrasion-resistant Refractory for Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler(DL/T 2498—2022)is formulated.CFB boiler abrasion-resistant refractory materials are divided into 4 categories according to material characteristics.According to the requirements of coal property and its variation range,abrasion index,boiler position and abrasion degree on abrasion-resistant refractory materials,the selection principle and method of abrasion-resistant refractory materials are clarified.The technical standard of electric power industry will play a guiding role in design selection,engineering construction and maintenance of abrasion-resistant refractory for CFB boiler.
