摘要
在“四新”教育改革的时代背景下,本研究以农科类学生为研究对象,运用结构方程模型探究创新创业要素、学生满意度与学生创业行为之间的关联,其中创新创业要素根据研究的特点分为内在因素与外在因素。结果表明:(1)创新创业要素中外在因素对学生满意度有正向影响;(2)学生满意度对创业行为具有正向显著影响,并且满意度在外在因素对创业行为的影响中起到间接作用;(3)创新创业要素中的内在因素对创业行为有正向影响。本研究验证了创新创业要素、满意度与创业行为在结构方程模型中的量化指标,最后通过分析提出相关建议,尝试为新农科高校提升自身创新创业教育质量与创新创业教育改革之路提供借鉴。
The paper takes the college students of agricultural major as the research object and uses structural equation model(SEM) to explore the relationship among innovation and entrepreneurship factors,students’ satisfaction and their entrepreneurial behavior. The factors of innovation and entrepreneurship are divided into internal factors and external factors according to the characteristics of the research. The results show that:(1) Innovation and entrepreneurship factors have a positive impact on students’ satisfaction;(2) Students’ satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on their entrepreneurial behavior and the satisfaction plays an indirect role in the impact of external factors on the entrepreneurial behavior;(3) The internal factors of innovation and entrepreneurship have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial behavior. This research verifies the quantitative indicators of innovation and entrepreneurship factors and satisfaction and entrepreneurial behavior in the structural equation model. Based on the analysis,the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions.
