摘要
在应对气候变化的背景下,运用SYS-GMM模型及1990—2018年81个发展中国家面板数据,测度气候变化对绿色技术创新的影响及异质性。研究发现:气候变化促进了绿色技术创新;经济增长和人口因素影响最为敏感;政府稳定性、政府机构质量和可再生能源政策的调节作用、制造业和服务业占比不同的国家面对气候变化是否进行绿色技术创新存在差异。
In the background of human actively respond to climate change,this paper used the dynamic panel SYS-GMM model and data from 81 developing countries from 1990 to 2018,we empirically analyzed the impact and heterogeneity of climate change on green technology innovation.The results show that climate change can promote green technology innovation,while economic growth and demographic factors are most sensitive to the impact of climate change on green technology innovation.Countries with different government stability,quality of government institutions,the moderating effect of renewable energy policies,and the proportion of manufacturing and service industries have certain differences in whether they carry out green technology innovation in the face of climate change.
