基于WBS-RBS与AHP的地铁工程物资管理风险研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对地铁工程物资过程管控的复杂性和人员管理的不确定性,为确定影响地铁工程物资管理的关键性因素、降低安全风险、提高质量管理效率和实现工程质量安全管控的精细化,运用WBS-RBS法对地铁工程施工物资管理进行结构分解和风险等级划分,构建WBS-RBS风险识别矩阵;应用AHP法和风险度理论计算指标层权重和风险度,并对物资管理进行风险评价。研究表明,通过对地铁工程物资管理进行风险评估,事先采取相应的管控措施来降低物资管理风险,有效提高了物资管理安全可控性,为我国地铁工程建设管理风险评估体系构建提供借鉴和参考。 In view of the complexity of material process management and control and the uncertainty of personnel management of subway engineering,in order to determine the key factors affecting material management of subway engineering,reduce safety risks,improve quality management efficiency and realize lean engineering quality and safety management and control,WBS-RBS method is used to decompose the structure and classify the risk level of subway construction material management,and WBS-RBS risk identification matrix is constructed.The weight and risk degree of index layer are calculated by using AHP method and risk degree theory,and the risk evaluation of material management is carried out.According to the risk assessment results,taking corresponding control measures in advance to reduce the risk of material management can effectively improve the safety controllability of material management,and provide reference for the management risk assessment system of subway engineerings.
