摘要
目的分析联合缩宫素的低位水囊治疗方法对低宫颈Bishop评分的患者引产效果及胎儿状况的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2021年8月在我院住院分娩的98例上述病症的孕产妇为研究对象,随机(按随机数字表法)分为观察组和对照组,分别为49例患者。对照组采用的是缩宫素治疗途径,观察组联合缩宫素的低位水囊方法治疗。记录两组患者的宫颈扩张的速度、产程时间、宫颈的Bishop评分、产后出血量及产妇分娩结局的情况。结果观察组的产程时间(第一产程和总产程)短于对照组,观察组宫颈的Bishop评分、孕妇产后出血量以及剖宫产发生率都小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息发生率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对低宫颈Bishop评分的患者实施联合缩宫素的低位水囊治疗方法,可以有效促进患者的宫颈成熟,缩短患者的产程,减少患者的剖宫产率以及产后出血量,而且实验显示,此治疗方法安全有效,值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of low water sac therapy combined with oxytocin on the induction of labor and fetal status in patients with low cervical Bishop score.Methods 98 pregnant women with the above diseases who were hospitalized and delivered in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with low water sac.The rate of cervical dilatation,the duration of labor,the Bishop score of cervix,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the outcome of delivery were recorded.Results The duration of labor(the first and total labor)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The Bishop score of cervix,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of cesarean section in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The low water bag therapy combined with oxytocin can effectively promote the cervical maturity of patients with low cervical Bishop score,shorten the labor process,reduce the cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage.Moreover,the experiment shows that this treatment method is safe and effective,and it is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
