摘要
以丙酮和甘油作为原料,通过缩合反应制备绿色环保型溶剂,可以广泛应用于工业生产中。基于将其工业化放大做准备,本工作进行生产工艺优化:取用渗透汽化脱水工艺,催化剂选用Amberlyst-15树脂,用量为2wt%,渗透侧压加0.7~10 kPa,膜前压为0.26 MPa(G),投料摩尔比为1∶(2~4)(甘油∶丙酮)。通过GC-MS对产品进行表征,并将得到的产品进行涂料成膜性能测试,结果表明制备的丙酮缩甘油可以代替涂料用醇醚类助剂产品。
Using acetone and glycerol as raw materials, through condensation reaction to prepare eco-friendly solvent, it can be widely used in industrial production. Based on the purpose of the preparation of industrial amplification, the production process was optimized. The pervaporation dehydration process was adopted. The catalyst and dosage was Amberlyst-15 resin and 2wt%, respectively. The osmotic side pressure was 0.7~10 kPa. The liquid side pressure was 0.26 MPa(G). The molar ratio of feed was 1∶(2~4)(glycerol∶acetone). The product was characterized by GC-MS, and the film forming performance of the product was tested. The results showed that the product can replace the alcohol ether additives used in coatings.
