D201树脂对四价和五价钒离子的吸附-解吸性能研究

摘要 针对钒资源浸出液存在的四价和五价钒离子回收问题,本论文采用D201树脂研究其对正钒酸钠钒(+5)、硫酸氧钒(+4)、草酸氧钒(+4)吸附和解吸性能。吸附试验结果表明,在pH值在3~10范围内,固液比为100的条件下,五价钒的吸附率达99%,钒呈现阴离子形态与D201发生阴离子交换;当溶液pH值大于2时,固液比为40时,草酸钒溶液的四价钒有97.5%被吸附,硫酸氧钒中的钒难以被吸附。硫酸水溶液中,D201无法吸附四价钒。解吸实验表明,采用2 mol/L盐酸解吸后,五价钒的解吸率为92%和四价钒的解吸率为99%。树脂上吸附的五价钒经过2%草酸还原处理后,采用2 mol/L盐酸解吸后解吸率达98%。该研究为离子交换法回收不同状态钒提供基础参考。 In view of the recovery of tetravalent and pentavalent vanadium ions in the leaching solution of vanadium resources, D201 resin was used to study the adsorption and desorption properties of sodium vanadium orthovanadate(+5), vanadium oxalate(+4) and vanadium oxalate(+4). The results of adsorption test show that the adsorption rate of pentavalent vanadium reaches 99 % at the pH value of 3~10 and the solid-liquid ratio of 100, and vanadium exhibits anion form and anion exchange with D201. When the solution pH value is greater than 2 and the solid-liquid ratio is 40, 97.5 % of the tetravalent vanadium in vanadium oxalate solution can be adsorbed, while vanadium in vanadium oxysulfate is difficult to be adsorbed. D201 cannot adsorb tetravalent vanadium in sulfuric acid solution. The desorption experiments showed that the desorption rate of pentavalent vanadium was 92 % and that of tetavalent vanadium was 99 % after 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid was used. The pentavalent vanadium adsorbed on the resin was reduced by 2 % oxalic acid and desorbed by 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid with a desorption rate of 98 %.This study provides basic reference for the recovery of vanadium in different states by ion exchange method.
