如意岛跨海大桥主桥船撞力及防撞方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,桥梁受到船舶撞击的事故频频发生。文章以如意岛跨海大桥主桥主墩为研究对象,首先分析论证确定大桥防撞关键参数,再参照国内外经验公式计算桥墩船撞撞击力,并采用有限元瞬态碰撞动力学分析方法,模拟碰撞过程,对得出的撞击力数值与经验公式对比,综合确定船撞桥墩的船撞力,提出设置复合材料防撞方案并进行比较研究。结果表明:有限元计算得出的船舶横桥向撞击力最大值与根据中国《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTG/T 3650—2020)、美国AASHTO《公路桥梁标准规范》计算出的结果最为接近,设置复合材料防撞设施可降低船撞力30%。 In recent years, the accidents of bridges hit by ships occur frequently. This paper takes the main pier of the main bridge of Ruyi Island Sea-crossing Bridge as the research object. Firstly, the key bridge anti-collision parameters are analyzed and demonstrated. Then, the ship collision force of the bridge pier is calculated with reference to the empirical formulas at home and abroad. The finite element transient collision dynamics analysis method is used to simulate the collision process and the obtained impact force value is compared with the empirical formula to comprehensively determine the ship collision force of the ship collision.It proposes a composite anti-collision scheme for comparative study. The results show that the maximum transverse impact force of the ship calculated by the finite element method is the closest to the results calculated according to Technical Code for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts(JTG/T 3650-2020) in China and AASHTO Specifcations for Highway Bridges in America. The setting of composite anti-collision facilities can reduce the ship collision force by 30%.
