摘要
目的探讨中西药结合治疗牛巴氏杆菌病的效果。方法选取我兽医院2021年1~12月收治的感染巴氏杆菌病牛28头为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各14头,对照组病牛主要采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础之上结合中药进行治疗,对两组病牛治疗实际效果展开对比分析。结果观察组病牛治疗总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);观察组病牛不良反应发生率为7.14%,明显低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。结论应用中西药结合治疗牛巴氏杆菌病疗效更为确切且安全,可达到标本兼治的效果,促进病牛较快康复,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine on bovine pasteurellosis.Methods 28 cows infected with Pasteurella in our veterinary hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,14 cows in each group.The sick cattle in the control group were mainly treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment in the control group,and the actual treatment effects of the two groups of sick cattle were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reaction of sick cattle in the observation group was 7.14%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.57%,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more effective and safe in the treatment of bovine pasteurellosis,which can achieve the effect of treating both the symptoms and the symptoms,promote the rapid recovery of the sick cattle,and is worth promoting.
