摘要
目的:基于循证方法利用Meta分析总结五行音乐疗法在肝脏疾病患者干预中的效果。方法:计算机检索EMbase、PubMed、Cochrane Library、CNKI、VIP、CBM、Wanfang Date中有关五行音乐疗法对肝脏疾病患者干预的研究,检索时间为各数据库建库至2022年7月4日。利用Review Manger5.4分析软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇原始文献,合计986例患者。根据结局指标进行Meta分析,与对照的常规干预组相比,试验组加入五行音乐疗法降低了患者抑郁、焦虑方面的评分;试验组与对照组睡眠质量无显著差异。结论:中医五行音乐疗法对肝脏疾病患者改善焦虑、抑郁方面有效果,但对改善患者睡眠质量的总体效果显示不佳。本文文献证据强度低、差异性大且无法进行发表偏倚判断,因此所得结果需进一步探讨。
Objective Based on evidence-based method,Meta-analysis was used to summarize the effect evaluation of five elements music therapy in the intervention process of patients with liver diseases.Methods The research on intervention of five elements music therapy on patients with liver diseases in EMbase,PubMed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang Date was searched by computer,and the search time was until July 4,2022.Meta-analysis was carried out with Review Manger5.4 analysis software.Results A total of 10 primary studies with a total of 986 patients were included.Meta-analysis was performed based on outcome measures,and the addition of five-element music therapy to the trial group reduced patients’scores of depression and anxiety compared with the control usual intervention group;There was no significant difference in sleep quality between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine music therapy with five elements can improve anxiety and depression of patients with liver diseases,but the overall effect of improving sleep quality of patients is not good.The evidence strength of this research document is low,the differences between studies are large,and it is impossible to judge the publication bias,so the results should be further researched.
