摘要
胰腺癌是一种发病隐匿、侵袭性强、早期诊断困难和恶性程度极高的消化系统肿瘤,临床治疗极具挑战性。随着胰腺癌治疗策略的不断更新,迫切需要寻找有效的预后评估手段和建立标准化的预测评估模型,用以指导胰腺癌病人个体化治疗方案的选择。这推动着研究人员不断完善和建立新的更为有效的预测模型。目前,用于评估胰腺癌病人预后生存情况的预测模型有了新进展,血清学指标、影像学资料、基因表达数据和术后病理情况等都已被广泛报道,但仍缺乏对这些预测模型的综合评价。
Pancreatic cancer is a type of digestive system tumor with a high degree of malignancy,and at the present,its early diagnosis and clinical treatment are difficult.With the updating of pancreatic cancer treatment strategies,it is urgent to support the selection of individualized treatment,evaluate patient prognosis,and make clinical decisions.This has promoted researchers to improve and establish new prediction models.New progress has been made in prediction models for the prognosis and survival of patients with pancreatic cancer,and serological indicators,imaging data,gene expression data,and postoperative pathology have been widely reported.However,a comprehensive evaluation of these models is insufficient.
