案例教学法结合循证医学对儿科实习生批判性思维能力的影响

Effects of Case-based Teaching Method Combined with Evidence-based Medicine on the Critical Thinking Ability of Pediatric Internship Students

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法结合循证医学法对儿科实习学生批判性思维能力的影响。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院儿科实习的学生60名为研究对象,2021年6—12月应用常规教学法的为对照组(30名),2022年1—6月应用案例教学法结合循证医学进行教学的为观察组(30名),比较两组教学效果。结果实习后,观察组批判性思维各维度分数、考核成绩各项分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科临床实习的学生中使用循证医学法结合案例式教学模式可以提高实习医生的批判思维能力。 Objective To explore the effect of case-based teaching method combined with evidence-based medicine method on the critical thinking ability of pediatric internship students.Methods 60 students of pediatric practice in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as research subjects.The control group(30 students)applied the conventional teaching method from June to December 2021,and the observation group(30 students)applied the case teaching method combined with evidence-based medicine from January to June 2022.The teaching effects were compared.Results After practice,the scores of all dimensions of critical thinking and assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the evidence-based approach combined with the case-based teaching model among students in pediatric clinical internships can improve the critical thinking skills of internists.
