摘要
目的分析以问题为导向的教学法在消化内科临床实习教学中应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2021年12月期间齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院50名消化内科临床实习生为研究对象,依照时间先后顺序分为对照组、观察组(各25名),对照组实施传统教学模式,观察组采取以问题为导向的教学法,对比两组最终考核成绩及实际教学满意度情况。结果专业基础理论、基本操作、病历书写等出科考核各项成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度96.00%(24/25)高于对照组的64.00%(16/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以问题为导向的教学法可提高消化内科临床实习学生的成绩以及满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of problem based learning method in clinical internship teaching of gastroenterology.Methods 50 clinical interns in gastroenterology at the Third Hospital Affiliated to Qiqihar Medical College from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode and the observation group adopted the problembased learning method.The final assessment scores and the actual teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The results of the examination of professional basic theory,basic operation and medical record writing were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%(24/25)higher than that of the control group 64.00%(16/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented teaching method can improve the performance as well as satisfaction of clinical internship students in gastroenterology.
