摘要
为了有效避免装配式建筑施工风险,分析建筑施工导致地层沉降变形的情况,文章设计一种装配式建筑施工地层沉降变形控制方法。首先,加固装配式建筑施工地层管棚,将地层管棚控制在固定范围内;然后,布设建筑物基础袖阀管,对地层沉降情况实时监测;最后,注浆加固施工地层低沉降支护桩,减弱周围土体对地层的影响,进而实现建筑施工地层沉降变形的精准控制。采用实例分析的方式,验证新的控制方法在沉降变形控制方面具有重要作用,控制效果较强,极具推广价值。
In order to effectively avoid the construction risk of prefabricated buildings and analyze the situation of stratum settlement and deformation caused by building construction,this paper designs a method for controlling stratum settlement and deformation of prefabricated buildings.First,the stratum tube shed for prefabricated building construction is reinforced to control the stratum tube shed within a fixed range;then,the building foundation sleeve valve pipe is laid out to monitor the stratum settlement in real time;finally,the grouting reinforcement construction method is used to support the low settlement of the stratum.The pile guard can reduce the influence of the surrounding soil on the stratum,thereby realizing the precise control of the settlement and deformation of the stratum during construction.The method of example analysis is used to verify that the new control method plays an important role in the settlement and deformation control,and the control effect is strong,which is of great promotion value.
