摘要
目的分析沙格列汀联合缬沙坦对早期2型糖尿病肾病(DKD)患者炎性指标与肾功能的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年5月我院接收的130例早期2型DKD患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上联合沙格列汀治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的胱抑素C(CysC)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合缬沙坦治疗早期2型DKD的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of saxagliptin combined with valsartan on inflammatory indexes and kidney function of patients with early type 2 diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 130 patients with early type 2 DKD admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment regiments,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group was treated with saxagliptin on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triacylglycerol(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in both groups were better than those before treatment,those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Cystatin C(CysC),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),interleukin-6(IL-6),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with valsartan in the treatment of early type 2 DKD has a significant effect,which is worth promoting.
