摘要
此文总结王秀霞教授治疗妊娠恶阻的临床经验,并举医案以例证。王秀霞教授认为妊娠恶阻与肝胃不和兼肾虚关系最为密切,临床中常以清肝和胃、降逆止呕,兼以补肾安胎为治疗原则,常用加味温胆汤联合寿胎丸加减口服治疗。同时调整孕妇饮食结构,配合心理治疗,以提高和巩固疗效,效果显著,王秀霞教授治疗经验值得进一步临床推广。
This article summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Wang Xiuxia in the treatment of pregnant vomiting,and gives two medical cases as examples.Professor Wang Xiuxia believes that pregnant vomiting is the most closely related to liver and stomach discord and kidney deficiency.The treatment of pregnant vomiting is to clear liver and harmonize the stomach,reduce qi of stomach and stop vomiting,and tonify kidney and miscarriage prevention,and commonly used oral treatment is Wendan decoction and Shoutai pill.At the same time,adjust the diet structure,with psychological treatment,in order to improve and consolidate the curative effect,clinically achieved significant curative effect.Experience of Professor Wang Xiuxia is worthy of further clinical promotion.
