摘要
通过分析七情内伤与慢性应激的相关性,阐述其与内分泌、免疫及生殖系统的关系,总结常用慢性应激造模方法,结合本团队利用慢性应激进行造模的研究结果,揭示了慢性应激与肝肾相关病证及胎损疾病的发生具有密切的关系,可以通过慢性应激的手段建立相关病证的模型以研究七情致病的相关机制。希望以上工作为中医证候模型的规范化研究提供更好的思路和依据。
By analyzing the relationship between chronic stress and internal injury of seven emotions,this paper expounds the relationship between chronic stress and endocrine,immune and reproductive system,and summarizes the common methods of making models of chronic stress,combined with the research results of our team,it is revealed that chronic stress is closely related to liver and kidney diseases and the occurrence of fetal damage diseases,chronic stress can be used to establish the model of related diseases and syndromes in order to study the relevant mechanism of seven emotions.Hope that the above work for the standardization of TCM syndrome model to provide a better idea and basis.
