摘要
设计了一种高稳定性的激光器驱动电路。激光器驱动电路硬件主要包括温控模块、恒流驱动模块以及电流调谐模块,电路设计采用STM32微处理器作为主控芯片,ADN8443作为温度控制器件,结合PWM控制方案实现温度控制,设计恒流驱动电路以及电流调谐电路实现半导体激光器的稳定输出。经过测试,功率稳定度为0.16%,波长稳定度为0.23 ppm,电路具有可调谐、体积小、效率高、驱动能力强等优点,能够实现激光器的稳定控制。
In the paper,a high-stability laser driving circuit is designed.The hardware of the laser driving circuit mainly includes temperature control module,constant current module and current tuning module.STM32 is used as the main control chip,ADN8443 is used as the temperature control device,combined with the PWM control scheme to achieve temperature control,and the constant current drive circuit and the current tuning circuit are designed to achieve stable output of the semiconductor laser.After testing,the power stability is 0.16%,and the wavelength stability is 0.23 ppm.The circuit has the advantages of tunable,small volume,high efficiency and strong driving ability,which can realize stable control of the laser.
