摘要
国家级公益林对区域和国家生态安全具有重要意义。与第三次全国土地调查数据融合后,国家级公益林面临着调整、整合与优化。县级是国家级公益林区划界定和管理的具体单位,其整合优化成果的质量高低关系着国家级公益林生态功能和经济、社会价值的发挥。通过分析县级国家级公益林整合的路径,管理面临的问题,做出结论与讨论,对县级国家级公益林的优化整合具有指导意义。
National public welfare forest is of great significance to regional and national ecological security.After the data fusion with the third national land survey,the national public welfare forest is facing adjustment,integration and optimization.County level is the specific unit for the definition and management of national public welfare forest zoning,and the quality of its integration and optimization results is related to the ecological functions,economic and social values of national public welfare forests.By analyzing the path of the integration of county-level national public welfare forests,the problems faced by the management,and making conclusions and discussions,it has guiding significance for the optimization and integration of county-level national public welfare forests.
