摘要
目的:分析循证护理对口腔正畸患儿口腔健康状况的影响。方法:选取2019年11月—2020年12月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的112例口腔正畸患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各56例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用循证护理。对比两组患儿干预前后口腔健康状况、负性情绪、治疗依从性、并发症发生情况。结果:干预后,研究组口腔健康状况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.203,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.427、3.865,P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.316,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.226,P<0.05)。结论:循证护理应用于口腔正畸患儿中,可有效改善患儿口腔健康状况,减轻其负性情绪,提高患儿治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on the oral health of children with orthodontic treat⁃ment.Methods:A total of 112 orthodontic children admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The oral health status,negative emotions,treatment compliance,and complication rates were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the oral health status score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.203,P<0.05).After interven⁃tion,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical⁃ly significant(t=12.427,3.865,P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.316,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.226,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing to children with orthodontics can effectively improve the oral health of children,reduce their negative emo⁃tions,improve children’s treatment compliance,and reduce the incidence of complications.
