人参皂苷Rg3对食管癌放疗患者体外免疫增强作用的探讨 被引量:3

Study on the Effect of Ginsenoside Rg3 on in Vitro Immune Enhancement in Patients with Esophageal Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy

摘要 目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg3对食管癌放疗患者体外免疫有无增强作用,并初步探讨其相关机制。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月确诊食管癌并在医院接受调强放疗的患者30例,分离、纯化其淋巴细胞,加入不同浓度的人参皂苷Rg3,采用MTT比色法,检测淋巴细胞的分裂增殖,通过流式细胞仪,检测T细胞亚群,以及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定B细胞分泌的抗体。结果:人参皂苷Rg3处理食管癌放疗患者外周血后,诱导了淋巴细胞的增殖;CD4^(+)比例增加、CD8^(+)比例下降、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值增大;IgM、IgG抗体分泌增多,与对照组比较均有明显差异(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖性。结论:人参皂苷Rg3对食管癌放疗患者的体外免疫具有促进作用,并且浓度越大,促进作用越强。 Objective:To investigate whether ginsenoside Rg3 can enhance the in vitro immunity of patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy,and to preliminarily explore its related mechanism.Methods:30 Patients with esophageal cancer treated by intensity modulated radiation therapy in hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected.Their lymphocytes were isolated and purified,and different concentrations of ginsenoside Rg3 were added.MTT colorimetric method was used to detect the division and proliferation of lymphocytes,flow cytometry was used to detect T cell subsets,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the antibody secreted by B cells.Results:Ginsenoside Rg3 treatment of peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy induced lymphocyte proliferation;CD4^(+)ratio increased,CD8^(+)ratio decreased,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio increased;the secretion of IgM and IgG antibodies increased,which was statistically different from that of the control group(P<0.05),and was dose dependent.Conclusion:Ginsenoside Rg3 can promote the in vitro immunity of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy,and the greater the concentration,the stronger the promotion.
