浅谈复兴工区凝析油气藏进站测试工艺 被引量:2

On the entry-station test process in condensate reservoirs in Fuxing area

摘要 复兴区块目前主攻的天然气井产层为凝析油气藏。放喷测试时,采用井下天然气放空燃烧的方式进行产能测试,测试时间从半个月到一两个月不等,期间释放的数十万方的天然气均在放喷口燃烧,不但造成天然气资源浪费,还造成环境污染。在XYA井,通过测试工艺改进,凝析油气藏试气安全性得到提升,产能测试期间的天然气进入管网,增加企业的效益,减少碳排放总量,做到节能减排,符合安全环保要求。 At present,the major gas-producing zones in the gas wells in Fuxing area are condensate reservoirs.During the open flow test,downhole gas blowout combustion was used for productivity test.The test duration ranged from half a month to one or two months,during which hundreds of thousands of cube meters of gas discharged were burning at the outlet of open flow,which gave rise to not only the waste of gas resources,but also to the environmental pollution.In Well XYA,through the improvement of testing process,the gas test safety in the condensate reservoir has been improved.During the productivity test,the gas entered the pipeline network,which increased the benefits of the enterprise,reduced the total carbon emissions and achieved energy saving and emission reduction,so as to meet the requirements for safety and environmental protection.
