不同罗汉果品种果实生长动态及品质分析

Analysis on Fruit Growth Dynamics and Quality of Different Siraitia grosvenorii Varieties

摘要 为了筛选适宜在闽南地区种植的罗汉果品种,进一步提高当地罗汉果大果量,确定罗汉果最佳采收时期,本试验以罗汉果品种柏林7号和高甜2号为研究对象,研究了柏林7号品种和高甜2号品种授粉后果实大小和形状变化,分析了罗汉果不同时期果实苷V含量变化,统计了其单株挂果数。结果表明:授粉7 d后,2个品种果实大小逐渐产生差异,柏林7号品种的纵径和横径始终大于高甜2号品种;果实成熟后,2个品种的果实伸长度无显著差异;在未熟期至过熟期等4个时期,2个品种果实苷V含量均表现为先升后降趋势,完熟期果实苷V含量最大;果实采收后,柏林7号品种平均苷V含量较高甜2号品种高36.76%,单株挂果数较高甜2号品种高108.97%。说明在闽南地区种植罗汉果,可选择柏林7号品种,宜在果实完熟期采收。 In order to screen Siraitia grosvenorii varieties suitable for planting in southern Fujian, further improve the big fruit yield and determine the best harvest time of S. grosvenorii, this experiment took Bolin 7 and Gaotian 2 as the research objects, studied the changes of fruit size and shape of Bolin 7 and Gaotian 2 after pollination, analyzed the changes of fruit glycoside V content in different periods, and counted the number of fruits per plant. The results showed that 7 days after pollination, the fruit size of Bolin 7 and Gaotian 2 gradually began to differ, the longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of Bolin 7 were always greater than those of Gaotian 2. There was no significant difference in elongation between Bolin 7 and Gaotian 2 after fruit ripening. In the four periods from the immature stage to over mature stage, the content of glycoside V in fruits of Bolin 7 and Gaotian 2 increased first and then decreased and it was the highest in the mature stage. After fruit harvest, the average glycoside V content of Bolin 7 was 36.76% higher than that of Gaotian 2, and the number of fruits per plant of Bolin 7 was 108.97% more than that of Gaotian 2. It showed that Bolin 7could be selected to plant in southern Fujian and it was suitable to harvest in the fruit mature stage.
