摘要
目的探讨形象演示教育联合精益护理在手部软组织缺损患者腹部皮瓣修复治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月本院收治的手部软组织缺损患者80例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规精益护理;观察组患者给予形象演示教育联合精益护理。治疗结束前后,对比分析两组患者腹部皮瓣修复优良率、创面愈合时间、术后手部功能恢复状况;比较医学知识、自我护理以及生活自理能力ADL(MBI)评分以及两组患者手部功能恢复优良率。结果观察组患者皮瓣修复优良率平均值为57.50%高于对照组37.50%的(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间(P<0.05),术后手部功能恢复状况评分、ADL(MBI)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组患者手部功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论形象演示教育联合精益护理可提高患者腹部皮瓣修复效果,促进功能恢复。
Objective To explore the application value of graphic demonstration education combined with fine nursing in the repair of abdominal flaps in patients with hand soft tissue defects.Methods A total of 80 patients with hand soft tissue defects admitted to the hospital were enrolled between January 2019 and December 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(graphic demonstration education combined with fine nursing)and control group(routine fine nursing).Before and after the treatment,good rate of flaps repair,wound healing time,postoperative recovery of hand function,scores of self-care ability,ADL(MBI),medical knowledge,and the good rate of function recovery between the two groups were compared.Results The good rate of flaps repair in observation group was higher than that in control group(57.50%vs 37.50%)(P<0.05).The wound healing time,in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),score of hand function recovery,medical knowledge,self-care ability ADL(MBI)were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Graphic demonstration education combined with fine nursing can improve flap repair effect and promote functional recovery in patients.
