摘要
【目的】探明混养密度对中华绒螯蟹与红螯螯虾生长特性及养殖效益的影响,为提高中华绒螯蟹养殖池塘空间利用率及增加单位面积产出提供参考。【方法】在密度为1000只/667m^(2)的中华绒螯蟹养殖塘中混养不同密度(低密度600只/667m^(2)、中密度900只/667m^(2)、高密度1200只/667m^(2))红螯螯虾,分析混养状态下红螯螯虾和中华绒螯蟹的生长特性及经济效益。【结果】红螯螯虾混养密度600只/667m^(2)、900只/667m^(2)、1200只/667m^(2)的回捕率分别为83.58%、81.17%和73.04%,高密度组显著低于其他2组;红螯螯虾平均体质量随混养密度增大呈减小趋势,低中高3个混养密度组红螯螯虾体质量分别为55.27 g/只、45.47 g/只和31.82 g/只,各密度组间差异显著;红螯螯虾平均产量分别为27.72 kg/667m^(2)、33.22 kg/667m^(2)和27.89 kg/667m^(2),中密度组显著高于其他2组。中华绒螯蟹回捕率及产量各密度组与对照(不投放红螯螯虾)差异不显著。低密度组总产值(9159.84±899.84)元/667m^(2)和总利润(4708.36±583.43)元/667m^(2)显著高于对照组和其他密度组,总利润比对照组高63.74%。【结论】蟹塘可混养红螯螯虾,在养殖密度为1000只/667m^(2)蟹塘中混养600只/667m^(2)红螯螯虾,种间竞争压力较小,经济效益显著提高。
【Objective】The effects of different polyculture density on growth characteristics and culture benefit of Eriocheir sinensis and Cherax quadricarinatus are studied to provide a reference for improving space efficiency of E.sinensis aquaculture ponds and unit area output.【Method】The growth characteristics and economic benefit of C.quadricarinatus and E.sinensis under the polyculture patterns of 1000 crabs/667m^(2)+three C.quadricarinatus densities(600 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2),900 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)and 1200 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2))are analyzed.【Result】The capture rate of C.quadricarinatus of 600 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2),900 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)and 1200 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)treatments is 83.58%,81.17%and 73.04%respectively.The average body weight of crayfish decreases with increase of polyculture density and the body weight of 600 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2),900 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)and 1200 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)treatments is 55.27 g/crayfish,45.47 g/crayfish and 31.82 g/crayfish respectively.There are significant differences in crayfish body weight among three polyculture treatments.The average C.quadricarinatus yield of 600 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2),900 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)and 1200 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)treatments is 27.72 kg/667m^(2),33.22 kg/667m^(2)and 27.89 kg/667m^(2)separately.There are no significant differences in capture rate and yield of E.sinensis between different polyculture density treatments and CK.Total output value and gross profit of 600 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)treatment are 9159.84±899.84 Yuan/667m^(2)and 4708.36±583.43 Yuan/667m^(2),which is significantly higher than other two treatments and CK.Total profit of 600 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)treatment is 63.74%higher than CK.【Conclusion】C.quadricarinatus can be poly-cultured with E.sinensis.Because the competition pressure between C.quadricarinatus and E.sinensis is less when 600 juvenile crayfish/667m^(2)are poly-cultured in the E.sinensis culture pond with 1000 crabs/667m^(2),the polyculture pattern of C.quadricarinatus and E.sinensis can increase the economic benefit significantly.
