摘要
随着建筑业科技水平持续提升,绿色建筑和节能技术实现国际并跑,超低能耗的装配式建筑施工技术及产品取得突破,建筑信息模型BIM虚拟仿真技术在装配式建筑施工中得到广泛应用,BIM虚拟仿真技术与新型建筑工业化的协同发展,提高了装配式建筑施工信息化水平,从而达到安全、智能建造的目的。基于此,文章阐述了BIM虚拟仿真技术的含义和特点,以及结合装配式建筑施工的现状,就在装配式建筑施工中如何有效应用BIM虚拟仿真技术,提出可行性建议,以供借鉴和参考。
With the construction level of science and technology,green building and energy saving technology realize international and run,ultra-low energy consum ption of prefa bricated construction technology and product breakthrough,building information model BIM virtual sim ulation technology is widely used in prefabricated constructicn,BIM virtual simulation technology and new building indust rialization coordinated development,improve the level of prefabricated building construction information,so as to achieve the purpose of safe and intelligent construction.Based on this,the article expounds the meaning and characteristics of BIM virtual simulation technology,com bined with the current situation of prefabricated building construction,on how to effectively apply BIM virtual simulation technology in prefabricated building construction.put forward some feasible suggestions for reference and reference.
