Objective To explore the application effect of nutrition cognitive intervention combined with family feeding guidance in child malnutrition. Methods A total of 96 children with malnutrition who received treatment in the Affiliated Huai’an No.1 Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected for the study. The selected children were divided into the reference group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)according to the coin method.Nutritional cognitive intervention and nutritional cognitive intervention combined with family feeding guidance were selected respectively. The effect of clinical intervention was observed. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in short form mini-nutritional assessment(MNA-SF)score before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the MNA-SF score in both groups was improved, and the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group, family members of children in the observation group had a higher degree of knowledge related to malnutrition(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing nutrition cognitive intervention combined with family feeding guidance to intervene children with child malnutrition can improve the malnutrition status of children and family members’knowledge of malnutrition, and the clinical application effect is relatively significant.
