摘要
上海市某农场拟开垦地块作为耕地使用。第一阶段踏勘表明,该地块历史存在疑似污染区域,地块范围内曾经存在的机械厂主要进行金属加工,地块外500 m范围内土地用途主要有地表水域、绿地、农田、工业企业、居民住宅等。第二阶段调查结果及实验室数据表明,该地块满足相关标准要求,符合拟开垦耕地土壤质量要求,可作为耕地使用。
A farm in Shanghai plans to reclaim a plot of land for use as arable land. The first-stage surveys showed that there were suspected polluted areas in the history of the plot. There used to be a machinery factory within the plot,which was mainly used for metal processing. With 500 m outside the plot mainly are surface water area,green land,agricultural land,industrial enterprises and residential buildings. The results of the second-stage investigation and laboratory data show that the plot meets the requirements of relevant standards and the soil quality requirements of the cultivated land to be reclaimed,and can be used as cultivated land.
