摘要
传统实验教学模式已无法满足新时代对工科大学生培养提出的新要求。发动机构造课程作为内燃机专业学生一门专业必修课,课程包含的发动机拆装实践教学环节存在设备陈旧,场地受限,教学效果差等问题。通过借助信息化手段,利用虚拟仿真技术,依托现有的实验教学条件及资源优势,开发了面向社会开放的发动机拆装及工作过程虚拟仿真实验平台,探索了新的发动机拆装实验教学方法和模式。通过采用虚实结合的实验方法,弥补了传统实验教学的短板,拓展了拆装实验教学的广度和深度,加深并巩固了学生对基础理论知识的理解,达到了提升学生创造创新能力的教学目的。
The traditional experimental teaching model has been unable to meet the new requirements for the training of engineering college students in the new era. Engine construction course is a compulsory course for students majoring in internal combustion engine. The practical teaching links of engine disassembly and assembly included in the course have problems such as outdated equipment, limited space, and poor teaching effect. By means of information technology, virtual simulation technology, and relying on existing experimental teaching conditions and resource advantages, a virtual simulation experiment platform for engine disassembly and work process open to the society has been developed, and new engine disassembly and assembly experimental teaching methods and mode. By adopting the experimental method combining virtual and real, it makes up for the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching, expands the breadth and depth of disassembly experimental teaching, deepens and consolidates students’ understanding of basic theoretical knowledge, and achieves the teaching purpose of enhancing students’ creative and innovative ability.
