摘要
为有效解决矿井综采工作面高浓度煤尘污染问题,以机械风助式负压增吸含尘风流原理为基础,并结合喷雾降尘研究了一种新型风助式喷雾装置。基于上湾煤矿22104综采工作面实际情况,使用风助式喷雾装置进行数值模拟,结果显示:在喷雾压力6 MPa、出风量90 L/min时,所形成雾场效果较好,其降尘效率随风量及喷雾压力增大而上升。最后在上湾煤矿22104综采工作面现场应用风助式喷雾装置,分别对开启喷雾装置前后测点处进行粉尘浓度监测,采煤机司机处全尘、呼吸性粉尘浓度下降至104.2 mg/m^(3)、68.3 mg/m^(3),降尘效率达到了88.31%、83.45%,有效抑制了工作面高浓度煤尘污染。
In order to effectively solve the problem of high concentration coal dust pollution in fully mechanized coal face,studied a new type of wind-assisted spray device based on the principle of mechanical wind-assisted negative pressure suction dust-bearing air flow and combined with spray dust removal.Based on the actual situation of 22104 fully mechanized coal face in Shangwan coal mine,the wind-assisted spray device was used to carry out numerical simulation.The results show that when the spray pressure is 6 MPa and the air output is 90 L/min,the fog field effect is better,and the dust removal efficiency increases with the increase of air volume and spray pressure.Finally,the wind-assisted spray device was applied in the field of 22104 fully mechanized mining face in Shangwan coal mine,and the dust concentration is monitored at the measuring points before and after the spraying device is opened.The concentration of total dust and respirable dust at the shearer driver decreased to104.2 mg/m^(3)and 68.3 mg/m^(3),and the dust removal efficiency reached 88.31%and 83.45%,which effectively suppressed the high concentration coal dust pollution in the working face.
