煤层水力冲孔喷嘴的设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 冲孔器是煤层水力冲孔的关键设备,为提高冲孔效果和效率,设计了一种结构简单、安装使用方便的水射流喷嘴。通过理论分析和计算推导,得到喷嘴直径、效率以及作用力的计算公式,并利用数值模拟软件分析了喷嘴收缩角、长径比对喷射效果的影响。结果表明:喷嘴直径是影响水力冲孔效果的关键因素;并且当收缩角取10°~15°、长径比取2~3时,水力冲孔效果最好,效率最高。 Punching device is the key equipment of coal seam hydraulic punching,in order to improve the punching effect and efficiency,designed a water jet nozzle with simple structure and convenient installation and using.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,got the calculation formulas of nozzle diameter,efficiency and the force,and analyzed the influence of nozzle constriction angle and aspect ratio on jetting effects by numerical simulation.The results show that the nozzle diameter is the key factor affecting the effect of hydraulic punching.When the contraction angle is 10°~15°and aspect ratio is 2~3,the hydraulic punching effect is the best and the efficiency is the highest.
