内隐理论视角下高校课堂消极沉默的优化策略研究 被引量:10

Research on Optimization Strategies of Passive Silence in College Classrooms from Perspective of Implicit Theory

摘要 活跃的课堂气氛是评价高校教学质量的重要指标,但在现实的高校课堂教学中,课堂消极沉默现象却普遍存在,这不利于培养大学生的创新精神、提升教学质量。文章结合心理学领域,从师生“双主体”角度着手探索内隐理论视角下高校课堂消极沉默的表征及诱因,进而对症下药地提出相应的优化策略具有重要意义。研究结果表明:内隐理论视角下高校课堂消极沉默的表征主要有害怕焦虑型沉默、退缩否认型沉默、不满脱离型沉默、抗拒疏离型沉默等四种类型,其诱因主要有学生自我意识、学生综合素质、教师基本素养、教师教学方法、教学服务支持等五个方面。最后,针对内隐理论视角下高校课堂消极沉默的四种表征,对症下药地提出相应的优化策略。 An active classroom atmosphere is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of teaching in colleges, but in the actual classroom teaching in colleges, the phenomenon of passive silence in the classroom is common, which is not conducive to cultivating the innovative spirit of college students and improving the quality of teaching. Therefore, combined with the field of psychology, this paper explores the representations and incentives of passive silence in college classrooms from the perspective of implicit theory and dual subjects of teachers and students, and then puts forward corresponding optimization strategies that are of great significance. The research results show that: from the perspective of implicit theory, there are four main types of negative silence in college classrooms: fear-anxiety silence, withdrawal and denial silence, dissatisfaction and disengagement silence, and resistance and alienation silence. The main reasons are students’ self-awareness, students’ comprehensive quality, teachers’ basic quality, teachers’ teaching methods and teaching service support.Finally, according to the four manifestations of passive silence in college classrooms from the perspective of implicit theory, corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.
