大型城市固废处理与中端转运性能评价

摘要 生活垃圾中转运输,是其重要城市运营基础设施。本文通过对不同城市同一固废处理业务的对标研究,有效找出优势与不足。本论文以上海A公司为目标对象、选取北京B公司、重庆C公司、杭州D公司三家国内龙头固废收转运和处理处置单位为对标企业,构建了民生、能力、能效和科技创新四个对比指标及其计算公式,深入分析A公司在固废中端转运方面优势和薄弱环节。结果表明:上海A公司在四项指标中,整体处于较优水平。此外,也建议其应进一步开发新工艺及技术,提升转运及应急处理能力,优化垃圾中转站环境,紧跟环境物流智慧化发展方向和进一步提高信息化水平。 Transfer of municipal solid waste is an important infrastructure for a city. Advantages and disadvantages can be weighed effectively via a series of benchmarking research among different companies with relevant business. In this study, aiming to find the disparity in company A in Shanghai, three leading enterprises including company B in Beijing, company C in Chongqing and company D in Hangzhou, were selected as the benchmarking objects. For the deep exploration, an evaluation system based on society, capacity, efficiency and innovation was introduced to pick up the disadvantage of company A in MSW transfer process. Results indicated that, company A held an excellent level in comparison with other 3companies after evaluation. In addition, it was also suggested that company A should further take several measures for improving the transport and emergency treatment capacity, such as developing updated processes and technologies, optimizing the waste transfer station environment, and keeping pace with the intelligent environmental development.
