摘要
针对目前设计的变频带式输送机电机驱动控制系统对数据参数的采集能力较弱、控制性能难以达到用户要求、面对过载降速或堵转等突发情况难以快速解决等问题,应用Revit技术设计了一种新的煤矿变频带式输送机电机驱动控制系统,在传统设计的基础上针对硬件和软件进行优化。实验研究结果表明,基于Revit的煤矿变频带式输送机电机驱动控制系统具有很好的控制能力,通过完成参数控制进行数据拟合提高控制性能,当参数为40时,控制效果能够满足用户需求。
In view of the problems that motor drive control system of the frequency conversion belt conveyor currently designed has a weak ability to collect data parameters, and the control performance is difficult to meet user requirements, sudden situation such as stalled rotors are difficult to solve quickly,usesd Revit technology to design a new motor drive control system for coal mine frequency conversion belt conveyor, and optimizes hardware and software on the basis of traditional design. The experimental research results show that the motor drive control system of the coal mine frequency conversion belt conveyor based on Revit has a good control ability, and the control performance is improved by completing the parameter control and data fitting. When the parameter is 40, the control effect can meet the needs of users.
